This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled for The Numera Blueprintâ„¢ memberships, software access, digital products, and related services.
The Numera Blueprintâ„¢ provides immediate access to digital software, tools, systems, downloadable exports, and member-only functionality. Because access is granted instantly after purchase, all sales are generally considered final.
Subscription memberships may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund previous payments.
After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Lifetime purchases and installment-based lifetime plans are intended as long-term access products. Because access and software functionality are delivered immediately, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.
Installment plans that fail, are reversed, disputed, or remain incomplete may result in downgrade or removal of lifetime access.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in exceptional situations, including duplicate payments, technical billing errors, or accidental purchases.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without first contacting support, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate platform access associated with the account.
We strongly encourage users to contact support first so we can resolve issues directly.
Paid trial access is provided to help users evaluate the platform before purchasing a membership. By upgrading to a paid membership, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the software and its functionality beforehand.
